· create and distribute content, including in-depth design topics and company updates on social media.
· manage social media accounts and analyse performance metrics to measure content effectiveness.
· Routinely exchange with our German team and coordinate the communication with external visual design partners.
· handle internal tasks such as gathering information on fairs and exhibitions and managing magazine subscriptions.
· plan and organise studio events and assist with external communication initiatives.
· bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or design related.
· Familiarity with design or creative industry
· proficiency in social media platforms like WeChat and LittleRed Book.
· strong writing skills in both English and Chinese
· solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Miro and other MS Office programs
· good graphic or communication design skills would be a plus
· detail-oriented, structured, and self-starting attitude
· ability to multitask with a can-do spirit.
· commitment to do a six-month-long internship
