As Manager of Finance & Administration, you will take on a broad range of financial and administrative responsibilities, working closely with the shareholders to ensure efficient management of financial processes and corporate administration. Your role will be pivotal in handling budgeting, controlling, accounting, and legal topics while also leading the Office and Facility Management team. With a structured, solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills, you will drive financial success and operational excellence, all while fostering a trust-based, resilient work environment.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all Finance & Administration topics for shareholders and employees
  • Oversee project finance and legal aspects in collaboration with the Head of Project Management and project leads
  • Manage the entire budgeting process, including ongoing forecasting
  • Conduct financial controlling, including analysis of special financial topics
  • Handle accounting, annual financial statements, and tax matters in collaboration with our tax advisors
  • Manage banking operations, including account management and cash flow optimization
  • Oversee licensing agreements with clients and shareholders
  • Control and manage all company expenses
  • Address shareholder-related financial matters such as withdrawals and tax implications
  • Support office management in handling complex administrative tasks
  • Lead and mentor the Office Manager and Facility Manager
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Manager on finance-related HR topics
  • Supervise Finance & Legal operations at our Shanghai office
  • Act as the Information Security Officer
  • Manage company insurance, mobile contracts, and related administrative services

    • 5+ years of professional experience in finance, controlling, and ideally project management in a commercial setting
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and commercial processes
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Quick comprehension and high self-motivation
    • Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented
    • Proficient use of IT tools and a tech-savvy approach
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • Team player with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
