In order to leverage synergies in Germany, we will close our Munich studio effective 1 March 2024.

All twelve employees, including our Munich Managing Director Joon-Mo Lee, will be offered to continue their work from either Stuttgart or Shanghai as part of the PHOENIX team.
‍

In light of hybrid work cultures and the proximity between both locations, our consolidation is a natural move to make collaboration and shared resources more effective in Germany.
‍

It is therefore a very conscious, strategic decision to optimise PHOENIX as a group in the long run, and to strengthen our resilience in an increasingly dynamic market.

In Shanghai, PHOENIX has just moved into a new office, doubling the workspace for further growth. Since 2017, Shanghai has become an important pillar of the PHOENIX team, and a gateway for the Asian market.
