It is a group united cross-industry UX community for professionals, students, and interested people to network and exchange ideas about current topics in UX, innovations, software, and product development.
The evening featured two engaging talks that captivated our audience. The theme of the first talk, delivered by our very own Team of specialists, was "Digital Detox: UX Design for Wellbeing." Marlene, Caro, and Lars from PHOENIX discussed Digital Wellbeing—an essential topic in a world flooded with digital interactions. Finding the right balance between technological convenience and personal wellbeing is more critical than ever. As UX designers, how can we design experiences that genuinely enhance "quality of life" in this digital age?
" As user experience designers, our responsibility is to focus on people's needs throughout the entire design process, balancing desirability with technological and business goals. By emphasising user intentions, we avoid feature overload, create support and clarity, and enable natural discovery without constant external triggers. – Says Marlene
The second talk, presented by guest speaker and industry expert Simon, Lead UX Designer at Ergosign, "Dementia Detection, made easy to use"
was about the user-centred development of the user interface for a novel PET brain scanner. And why technological progress and good UX must go hand in hand to make medical devices and their revolutionary technologies accessible to users.
"I find it very valuable that UXnite brings together the many design studios in Stuttgart and provides a platform for exchange, inspiration and opportunities." Said Simon.

After the discussions and questions, everyone headed to our terrace for a delightful pizza party. The informal setting provided the perfect backdrop for continued conversations, allowing attendees to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
The warm summer evening, delicious pizza, and the vibrant community of UX professionals made for a fantastic conclusion to the event.
