    CTO Autumn Forum, 16.10.2020

This year's CTO Autumn Forum of the Dieselkuratorium will deal with the question "Is antifragil equally robust? Must we now reinvent our work?". This time, we will focus on the tension between fragility and robustness - how to achieve resilience in these uncertain times and what opportunities does creative culture offer in this context? How do companies remain adaptable and how does creative culture become a decisive competitive factor and not just a source of increased productivity?

Phoenix Design's contribution will be part of the workshop "Creative Culture", conducted by Moritz Kemper, Principal Creative Technologist and Andreas Diefenbach, Managing Partner of Phoenix Design. How can we make momentous decisions under increasingly unpredictable conditions? The year 2020 has shown that we must accept uncertainty as a constant while reacting to it. Corporate culture is a key factor in determining the ability of organizations to adapt dynamically and to follow their creative and entrepreneurial vision. The triad of entrepreneurial resources, processes and values provides the framework for agility. Our workshop focuses on the question of how a creative corporate culture can contribute to this increasingly emotional agility and thus promote creative competitiveness.

We see a special feature of the event in combining technology-based development with a creative mindset.
